You can open a ticket on your Profile tab by pressing the Contact Support button, shown below.
- You - tickets for account-related questions or issues must come from the email address associated with your account.
- Details help - please give us as much information as possible, including information about the offer, the name of any apps or games, how much the offer is for, and the offerwall.
- Attachments - you can attach screenshots if you give permission for our app to access your Photos app.
- English - please write your tickets in English—you are welcome to copy/paste from a translator app.
- Response time - we try to have a first response to every ticket in 24 hours.
