Q: Can I redeem my points for cryptocurrency or different dollar-based options?
A: Currently, we do not support crypto redemptions or other dollar-based options. You can find all of our redemption options on the Rewards tab of your Dashboard.

Q: Is there any limit on how much I can withdraw?
A: You can withdraw however many Points you've earned. Note that some redemption options have their own limits on how many Points you can withdraw per redemption.

Q: How often can I withdraw?
A: You can withdraw once every 8 hours.

Q: Do you charge a fee to withdraw?
A: does not charge a fee for redeeming your points. Most redemption options also do not charge a fee, but some—including PayPal—do.

Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes we do! You will earn 25% of everything your referral earns on offers, surveys, and video ads.

Q: How long does it take to redeem my Points and receive my reward?
A: Redemptions are instant, with the exception of unforeseen technical issues.

Q: Do you allow VPNs on
A: VPNs and proxies are forbidden by and our offerwalls. VPN or proxy use can result in restrictions on your account.

Q: How many accounts can I have?
A: Members are limited to one account per person. 

Q: Why do I have to verify my phone number?
A: This requirement is in place so our offerwalls know that they are reaching individuals.

Q: What do I do if I can't verify my phone number?
A: Please open a ticket with Support.

Q: How long does it take to get the Points for my offer or survey?
A: Most offers and surveys credit immediately upon completion. However, some offers and surveys are manually reviewed by the offerwall or their advertiser, especially high-paying offers and surveys. Those usually credit in 24-72 hours.

Q: Can I change my email address?
A: Yes, please open a ticket with Support.
